Jesse X-Ro Pinkney is known for his synth driven sound that will capture your mind, body, and soul.
Born in the city of Los Angeles, CA X-Ro has produced and coordinated music for two indie films “Shooter”, and “His/Her Story” both winning festival awards and getting his original scores heard national. Looking to work with filmmakers and other visual artist in need of some depth and texture, X-Ro is working on building his music catalog for future releases and licensing. X-Ro is currently a SESAC member and also has a past catalog with ASCAP.
X-Ro is founder of the nationwide crew The Vinyl Junkies(VJC), and band member of The Milky Way. He has toured and opened up for the likes of Pharcyde, Dwele, Arrested Development, Neyo, Gza, Dead Prez, Beatnuts, Pepsi, Clear Channel, Knotts Berry Farm, CA Speed Way, Disneyland, Mountain Dew, UCLA, USC, Laney College, Oakland Housing Authority, and many others.
Hip Hop, neo jazz, and electro soul, and soundscapes are the styles and sounds you will hear from future releases from X-RoVision/VJC Recordings.
